We have easy access to:
- One-of-a-kind New York City (including Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island) backgrounds and resources.
There are unique looks found in outyling areas such as:
- New Jersey which has a generally gritty and industrial ambience near the bridges and tunnels close to New York, NY and the major thoroughfares, but then gradually turns into suburbia and finally, in pockets to the east, but overall in the western part of the state, becomes very bucolic and picturesque.
- Oh yea, we got great beaches too!
- Long Island (including The Hamptons/ Suffolk County and Nassau County) have a suburban feel that segues into a maritime and resort feel as you get to the coasts on the north and south sides of the island and out to the eastern end of Long Island.
- Westchester, Rockland, Orange Counties just to the north and west of New York City have many suburban and even rural qualities, yet are very close to the city.
- Other upstate areas in New York State (such as The Hudson Valley, Catskill Mountains, Capitol Region, Adirondack Mountains, Finger Lakes and Western New York/ Lake Ontario have distinct characteristics as well.
- There are many great locations and production resources available in Connecticut ranging from bustling seaports and sleek insurance and financial towers to charming New England postcards.
- Pennsylvania (including Philadelphia, Bucks County and The Lehigh Valley) have a diverse range of scenics from urban Philadelphia which becomes the Main Line and Bucks County, out to the Lehigh Valley and Western Pennsylvania which is quite rural in many areas. Industrial remnants of the Steel Dynasty remain in the Bethlehem, PA area yet the area overally is quite picturesque and quaint.
- Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire are all classic New England.

Dipity could be good for chronicling (in several very aesthetically attractive ways, as shown below…) location scouting activities and later, actual shooting activities for a film, photo or video production.
